SHOOTING TIPS

For a Sharper Photo

Successive-shot clarity:   When using a zoom or taking a shot that asks for a tripod, shoot the scene in continuous mode or in rapid succession.  The second or third shot will usually be sharper than the first.

The String-pod is helpful when a wall, post, or tripod is unavailable for needed support.   It is a string or light cord that is tied to a thumb-screw which fits into your camera's tripod connector.   On the other end you can attach a short stick to stand on or a loop that can be fitted around your foot.  When needed, use the device to create a taut string, thereby giving you additional stability for your shot.
